Your Panchakarma journey

1. Consultation — Meet the Ayurvedic doctor to discuss your health history, constitution and intentions.


2. Personal plan — Your doctor selects the appropriate therapies and recommends the pace of your programme.


3. Daily treatments — Receive the prescribed therapies with experienced Ayurvedic practitioners.


4. Rest and nourishment — Allow spacious time for rest. Residential guests can include supportive meals and a peaceful cottage stay.

Tine Chettri is a Danish Yoga teacher and founder of Lumŭma.


She is specialised in Yin, Restorative and Meditation. Her classes has a caring and feminine approach that invite the student to fully surrender. To slow down and breathe. To find emptiness within the stillness. 


Tine has a professional background in video storytelling. She ran her own production company Lumuma Films in Copenhagen for years, where she helped various Yoga studios and brands, reach out and make an impact.


Creating Lumuma Yoga with her husband Prashanta came naturally, combining all her passions and purpose of Yoga.
