Training Curriculum

200hr MULTISTYLE YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

This comprehensive program introduces diverse practices that build a strong and broad foundation in multiple styles and enhances your personal yoga journey.

HATHA

Learn Hatha, a traditional practice of asanas and pranayama, enhancing strength, flexibility, balance and develops inner awareness.

ASHTANGA

Learn Ashtanga, a repeating sequence of postures linking breath with movement to build heat in the body in order to release toxins on a physical and emotional level.

MEDITATION & PRANAYAMA

Master mindfulness practices and breath control techniques to calm the mind and balance the body.

YOGA PHILOSOPHY

Explore the ancient texts that have influenced yoga for centuries including the Yoga Sutras and the 8 limbs of Ashtanga Yoga.

ANATOMY

Learn how the body works and how yoga can enhance the various systems within it e.g. muscular, skeletal, respiratory, endocrine, etc.

YIN YOGA

Learn Yin Yoga, a soft practice with longer held postures, that reduces stress, improves energy flow and flexibility

ART OF TEACHING

Develop effective teaching skills, learn adjustments and alignments and build your unique teaching voice.

MANTRA CHANTING

Learn reciting mantras with correct pronunciation of Sanskrit, with ease and confidence, and elevate your consciousness.

BASICS OF AYURVEDA

Get introduced to Ayurveda, one of the world’s oldest holistic healing systems, from India that emphasizes holistic health and wellness through a balance of mind, body and spirit.

Daily schedule

Monday to Saturday:

06:30 - 7:30 am | PRANAYAMA

Start the day in the pure morning air with breath control techniques to calm the mind and balance the body.


07:30 am | TEA BREAK


8:00-9:30 am I HATHA YOGA

Practice Hatha, a traditional practice of asanas and pranayama, enhancing strength, flexibility, balance and develops inner awareness.


9:30 - 11:00 am I BREAKFAST

After class, you will enjoy a wholesome vegan breakfast.


11:00 ANATOMY CLASS

Learn how the body works and how yoga can enhance the various systems within it e.g. muscular, skeletal, respiratory, endocrine, etc.


12:30 pm | LUNCH & FREE TIME

Enjoy a nutritious plant based lunch, and enjoy free time as you please - perhaps by exploring the beaches or relax at the pool.


14:00 | PHILOSOPHY CLASS

Explore the ancient texts that have influenced yoga for centuries including the Yoga Sutras and the 8 limbs of Ashtanga Yoga.


15:00 | ART OF TEACHING

Develop effective teaching skills, learn adjustments and alignments and build your unique teaching voice.


16:00 - 17:30 pm | ASHTANGA YOGA

Practice Ashtanga, a repeating Asana sequence, that builds heat in the body in order to release toxins on a physical and emotional level.


17:30 MEDITATION

Master mindfulness and find peace of mind.


18:30 pm | DINNER

Enjoy a nutritious plant based dinner


Evening onwards | FREE TIME / EVENTS

After dinner you can socialise with fellow students, explore the local area, or relax and go deeper into silence. There may also be exciting events planned in the evenings like Ecstatic dances, Kirtan and Havan ritual, Sound Healing.

Jadooji

Philosophy, Anatomy & Meditation Teacher

Jadooji is a former university lecturer with a master's degree in English literature. He is also 500-RYT of Yoga Alliance who has been teaching Philosophy, Anatomy and Meditation in various Yoga Teachers’ Training environments since the last 10 years.


His openess and willingness to share his experiences with a deep enquiry into the nature of Truth and Reality makes him very dear to his students.

Pawan Ji

Teacher in Hatha Yoga

Pawan began his yoga journey over 10 years ago in Rishikesh, India. What started as a personal practice during his studies in 2014 became a lifelong path of transformation.


After completing his engineering, his devotion to yoga led him to pursue a Master’s in Yoga in 2018. Since then, he has wholeheartedly dedicated his life to this ancient practice.


He began teaching in 2019, leading teacher training programs, group sessions, and online classes during the lockdown.


Pawan Ji’s classes are guided by deep compassion and a profound understanding of anatomy, allowing students to safely and gracefully open their bodies for more advanced asanas. His teaching creates a nurturing space for growth and connection, both on and off the mat.

Jyoti Ji

Teacher in Yin, Nidra and Meditation

Jyoti grew up in a deeply spiritual family in Mumbai where the principles of Yamas and Niyamas were not just taught but lived.


She completed her first yoga teacher training in Rishikesh in 2020 in Hatha and Ashtanga, and has been teaching in various schools around India. She is currently studying a Masters in Yoga Therapy, and is further specialised in Yin Yoga, Kids Yoga, Antenatal Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Ayurveda, Reiki, along with in-depth studies in Chakra meditation, Sound Healing and Yogic Counselling.


She is known for her ability to take the student to a space beyond the mind. A space of deep stillness and emotional clarity. She creates a grounded, safe and nurturing environment, inviting the student to be still, to listen and to respond to life with humility and grace.

    When booking a deposit of 50% is paid.

    The remaining amount is paid upon arrival.

  • How do I get there?

    We recommend to fly to the nearest international Airport Thiruvananthapuram (TRV). 


     We can arrange pick up transfer from the airport. The car ride is just 1 hour to reach Lumuma in Varkala.


    You can also fly to Delhi or Mumbai, and from there take a domestic flight to Thiruvananthapuram.


    Trains depart from major cities as Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Goa, Kolkata.
