Meet your teachers

Jyoti Ji

Teacher in Yin, Nidra and Meditation

Jyoti grew up in a deeply spiritual family in Mumbai where the principles of Yamas and Niyamas were not just taught but lived.

She completed her first yoga teacher training in Rishikesh in 2020 in Hatha and Ashtanga, and has been teaching in various schools around India. She is currently studying a Masters in Yoga Therapy, and is further specialised in Yin Yoga, Kids Yoga, Antenatal Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Ayurveda, Reiki, along with in-depth studies in Chakra meditation, Sound Healing and Yogic Counselling.

She is known for her ability to take the student to a space beyond the mind. A space of deep stillness and emotional clarity. She creates a grounded, safe and nurturing environment, inviting the student to be still, to listen and to respond to life with humility and grace.

Pawan Ji

Teacher in Hatha Yoga

Pawan began his yoga journey over 10 years ago in Rishikesh, India. What started as a personal practice during his studies in 2014 became a lifelong path of transformation.

After completing his engineering, his devotion to yoga led him to pursue a Master’s in Yoga in 2018. Since then, he has wholeheartedly dedicated his life to this ancient practice.

He began teaching in 2019, leading teacher training programs, group sessions, and online classes during the lockdown.

Pawan Ji’s classes are guided by deep compassion and a profound understanding of anatomy, allowing students to safely and gracefully open their bodies for more advanced asanas. His teaching creates a nurturing space for growth and connection, both on and off the mat.
