9:00 am: BREAKFAST

11:00- 12:00 am:   CONSULATION

You will start by receiving a personal consultation with our Ayurvedic doctor who will make an in-depth analysis of your constitution, according to the ancient science of Ayurveda. Based on this analysis, the doctor will prepare a custom-tailored therapy programme for you.


13:00 am: ABHYANGAM MASSAGE

Recieve a 60-minute Abhyangam, a traditional, full-body massage to tone the nervous system and improve the skin quality and blood circulation and leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed, and revitalised. 


14:00 pm: LUNCH

Enjoy a healthy lunch in our vegan cafe.


15:00 pm: FREE TIME AND REST

You can enjoy our Ayurvedic garden with hammocks and lounge chairs.


16:00 pm: TREATMENT

Recieve a 60-minute treatment chosen o behalf of your specific issue and constitution.


17:00 pm: JUICE BREAK AND FREE TIME

Enjoy a beautiful sunset on the beach or relax in the garden.
